THE 4 BEST SUPPLEMENTS I USE TO GROW MUSCLE!

Hey First off let me start by saying supplmnets are just that... Supplements. So I always make sure to have my nutrition totally on par and get plenty of real food before I reach for supplements.


Here are 4 items I personally use that I believe has helped me. Especially since I am now 48. I make sure to cover all my bases.

Ok first off, Omega-3 has incredible health benefits. It helps promote heathy brain function. affects energy levels, mental alterness, skin and nails, better metabolism, an fat loss. So I make sure to get real fish in my meals 2 times a week , and at least 1200 mg of fish oil every day!
