HIITT BEGINNER , 20 MIN CORE SHREDDER HOME WORKOUT
Hey, Rob Gordyt here. So you are looking to get back in shape but do not know where to start?
Start at the beginning with this lovely 20 minute workout you can do right from home. If you do not have any dumbbells, then you do not need them. They are optional.
So first make sure to get a timer and set it for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.
If you do not have a fitness timer, you can easily find many in your app store for free. They are called HIIT timers. That stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
Now once you have the timer, throw on some good fitness music that is going to pump you up and do 3 sets of each exercise:
Bicep Jacks
Toe Taps
Reverse Lunges
Horse Taps
Refer to the video for form
Make sure to do a 3 to 5 minute warm up. A good warm up of running or jogging on the spot is fine.
Make sure to do 3 to 5 minutes of stretching after.
